AI workflow automation
The workflow that eats your week can run itself.
I build AI agents and automations around your actual operations: reading documents, reconciling counts, drafting purchase orders, chasing what is missing, and holding anything odd for a person to approve. Not a chatbot. Working software, in weeks.

01what gets automated
Four workflows, all running in production today.
Each one is live inside a real business right now. The pattern is the same everywhere: the system does the graft, and a person approves anything that matters.
01
Month-end and reconciliation
The system runs the month itself: it collects the counts, chases the sites that have not answered, reconciles what sold and drafts every invoice ready for the accounts. A person approves anything odd before it moves.
live · running monthly
02
Documents read and checked
Certificates, invoices and delivery notes are read and checked the moment they arrive, whatever format they arrive in. Anything the system is not sure about goes to a person, never through on the nod.
live · thousands of certificates a month
03
Purchasing drafted from live sales trends
Live stock, sales and supplier data becomes a ranked weekly buy list, every line explained in plain English. A person approves every line, and nothing is ever sent to a supplier.
live · £700k to £1m of monthly buying
04
Prospecting and first-draft outreach
The system finds the companies worth your time, names the decision-maker, verifies the email and drafts the first message in your voice. Drafts only: a person sends every one.
live · a briefing lands every Monday

the operating rules
The rules every system I ship obeys
01
AI never invents a number.
Plain maths sizes the decision. AI explains it in plain English.
02
Nothing is sent unchecked.
AI drafts, the rules check every line, and a person approves anything unusual before it moves.
03
Every action is audited.
Who did it, what changed, the before and the after. The log is always on.
04
Your data stays in your systems.
New layers are additive. I do not rip out what works.

03who this is for
Worth a call if:
who it is for
- You run a business, or the operations inside one, and can get a decision made.
- There is real operational pain: quoting, purchasing, reconciliation, month-end.
- You want a straight answer on where AI fits before you spend real money.
- You want your team to end up running it themselves.
come anyway even if
- You think you want a chatbot. Working out what you actually need is the job.
- You are not sure AI even applies. That is what the call is for.
- You have been sold the hype before and it burned you.
- You only half-know what is broken. I will help you name it.

04questions
Asked before, answered here
What does an engagement cost?
The first conversation is free, and prices are public: every engagement shape and its cost is on the pricing page. Paid work starts with a short assessment, there are no required retainers, and ongoing support stops on 30 days' notice.
How fast is "working in weeks"?
Day one is the map. Week one ends with one broken workflow working. Weeks two to six harden it with your team: edge cases, accuracy checks, audit trail.
Is our data safe?
Systems read from your existing software, read-only wherever possible. Nothing trains on your data, everything is audited, and anything uncertain routes to a person instead of guessing.
We already tried ChatGPT and it did not stick.
That is the usual starting point. Chat tools are not operational systems: the job is wiring AI into the workflows your business actually runs on, with approval steps where money moves.
Do we need our own AI team?
No. Most of my clients have none. The handover is designed so your existing team runs the system day to day.
Do you work with US or overseas companies?
Yes, and it is a normal working day rather than a stretch. Everything is delivered remotely: the systems live in your cloud, the calls live in your calendar, and UK afternoons overlap US mornings in every US time zone. Pricing is quoted in your currency before anything starts.
What if we do not know where AI fits?
That is what the 20-minute call is for. Bring the workflow that eats your week, or just the frustration, and I will tell you straight whether it is worth fixing.

Direct with the builder

Conrad. I am the founder of a compliance SaaS used in the superyacht industry, and I run AI agents in production every day. When we talk, you are talking to the person who will build it.
