    A full day in your business: I walk the floor, sit with the owners or the board, and look at what you have, what you have tried and what is eating the week.

    • A written, prioritised map of where AI streamlines, assists or automates, and where it should not go
    • What to do first, and what it would take
    • Standalone value even if nothing else is ever booked
    • The fee is credited in full against a Week One Build booked within 30 days

    The lowest-risk paid step: a straight answer about your business, in writing.

    Day one is the diagnostic: one broken workflow, chosen together. By Friday, a working system connected to your real data.

    • A working draft-and-approve system by the end of the week
    • Drafts a person approves; nothing sent, nothing changed without a yes
    • Your team shown how to run it, as part of the week
    • No commitment past the week: if it does not earn a second week, it stops there

    Fixed means fixed: the price does not move, whatever the week uncovers.

    Hands on the keyboard, priced by the day. Some jobs are a day, some a week: whatever you ask for, I tell you the day count and how fast you will see it working before we start.

    Once a system is live, ongoing care and improvement is agreed per system: a fraction of the build cost per year.

    • 30 days' notice either way, no lock-in

Terms, in plain English

  • Everything agreed in writing before we start. No surprises.
  • Fixed-price work takes a 30% deposit to book; the balance is due on delivery. Day-rate work is invoiced weekly, for the days worked.
  • No lock-in and no rolling contract: each engagement stands on its own, and you come back because it worked.
  • Everything built is yours: the code, the data, the documentation.
  • Happy to sign your NDA before we talk detail.
  • You get me, personally. Nothing is subcontracted.
  • Once we are working together, you have my mobile, not a booking link. Call when you need an answer: getting the job done right matters more than office hours.
  • One rate for everything. No discounts: a fixed price buys certainty, not a lower bill.
  • The lasting deliverable is capability: your team runs the system, not me.

Is advising cheaper than building?

No. One rate, the day is the day, whichever way it is spent. You are buying the same person, the same judgement and the same standard, whether that day happens in your boardroom or in your codebase.

Do you do half days?

No. The free 20-minute call and email replies cover small questions. A day is the minimum that produces something useful: a written map, a working change, a decision you can act on.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Everything is explained in plain English, every system drafts work for a person to approve, and your team is shown how to run it as part of delivery. You need to know your business, not the technology.

What happens to our data?

It stays in your systems. Connections are read-only by default, processing stays in the UK and EU, and nothing of yours is ever used to train AI models. Every action is audited: who did it, what changed, before and after.

What happens after the build?

Your team runs it day to day. Aftercare covers care and improvement, agreed per system as a fraction of the build cost per year, so the system keeps paying for itself.

Do you do fixed price?

The Advisory Day and the Week One Build are fixed. Longer builds run on the day rate with a written estimate first, reviewed monthly.
