01 Everything starts with twenty minutes, free, direct with me. Bring the workflow that eats your week and I will tell you honestly whether it is worth fixing.

02 If it is, the next step is a day in your business. You get the map in writing: where AI streamlines, assists or automates, where it should not go, and what to do first. Worth having on its own.

03 Then it forks. Some businesses want advice, some want a builder, and both are good outcomes. Neither path is a rung on the way to the other.

04 Some owners want the plan and the steer, not a builder. You take the map and implement it in-house, on your own timeline, with your own people.

05 Advice stays available a day at a time, whenever it is useful: a sounding board, a second pair of eyes, a straight answer. No retainer, no project, no pressure to build.

06 Others want it built. Some jobs are a day, some are a week, and whatever you ask for I tell you first how many days it will take and how fast you will see it working. Building is £950 a day, and you always know the number before we start.

07 When the job is a week's worth, the Week One Build is one fixed price, whatever the week uncovers: a working draft-and-approve system on your real data by Friday. Book within 30 days of an Advisory Day and that fee is credited in full.

08 Once it is live, ongoing support is there if you want it, never a lock-in. Your team runs it day to day and I keep it healthy underneath, agreed per system. Thirty days' notice either way.

Day one of anything is diagnosis: where AI streamlines, assists or automates, and where it should not go. In writing, before anything is built.

Nothing is sent unchecked

Systems draft, rules check every line, and a person approves anything unusual before it moves. From the first demo onwards.

Terms, in plain English

  • Everything agreed in writing before we start. No surprises.
  • Fixed-price work takes a 30% deposit to book; the balance is due on delivery. Day-rate work is invoiced weekly, for the days worked.
  • No lock-in and no rolling contract: each engagement stands on its own, and you come back because it worked.
  • Everything built is yours: the code, the data, the documentation.
  • Happy to sign your NDA before we talk detail.
  • You get me, personally. Nothing is subcontracted.
  • Once we are working together, you have my mobile, not a booking link. Call when you need an answer: getting the job done right matters more than office hours.
  • One rate for everything. No discounts: a fixed price buys certainty, not a lower bill.
  • The lasting deliverable is capability: your team runs the system, not me.
